Rate 1 – $4,705
Rate 2 – $5,025
Rate 3 – $6,035
Rate 4 – $8,890
Season Fees include: Sewer, treated water, 30amp service, wifi access at rec hall, entertainment/activities, swimming pool, beach.
Without reservation of a Site for the following year, the Occupant will be required to remove everything from their Site on or before October 15, 2024. Killam Apartment REIT reserves the right to remove anything from the Site after that date noted and charge the Occupant for any related expenses regarding removal/disposal and storage expense.
